At 10xgrowthalliance, we are committed to delivering valuable learning experiences designed to support personal and professional growth. Because many of our offerings include digital materials, downloadable resources, or live learning experiences, the following refund policy applies.
Digital Products (Books, Guides, Templates, Courses)
All digital product purchases are considered final sale once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.
Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds after purchase.
Live Workshops, Programs, or Events
If you register for a live workshop, mastermind session, or program:
- • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be eligible for a full refund.
- • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be eligible for credit toward a future event.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Refund requests due to special circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
